Rental Details

Stays Under 28 Days:

Rates include all utilities—central air, WiFi, smart TVs, and professional pool and lawn maintenance. The final cleaning fee, tax, and optional pool heating are additional.

Stays of 28 Days or Longer:

Enjoy significant monthly discounts. Utilities, grounds care, pool maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pickup are charged separately.

Rentals of 30+ days are exempt from county tax; New York State sales tax applies to all stays under 90 days.

For stays over two weeks, interim cleanings are required at an additional cost.
