The Newark Bunkhouse is an off-grid cabin. Located halfway between Island Pond and Burke Vermont. Whether it be hiking or biking the Kingdom Trails, VAST snowmobiling, VASA trails or just spending time with your loved ones unplugged form the world around them while sitting around a campfire making smores. This cabin is just minutes from it all. This 890 square foot cabin is a perfect balance between roughing it and pampering. Off grid with generator power and water storage as well as propane heat allows you to escape and unplug while still feeling the amenities of civilization. This cozy cabin has plenty of sleeping options as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A short 1/2 mile drive off a paved road. large parking area for trucks and trailers if needed. 100-gallon water storage can be refilled if stay is longer than 3 nights. Small propane on demand water heater and electric water pump allows for all the benefits of indoor plumbing while still not being connected to the grid.

This Cabin has become a family passion, constantly working to make upgrades every opportunity we get. We couldn’t squander the memories our family has made in such a magical space we wanted to share it with others.
