1. Awful marijuana smell next to my room, stairs and hallway - Thought it was non-smoking. We had to close our noses or hold our breath each time we walked out the room and at the hallway. 2. Awful musky pungent smell in hallways and stairs 3. Room Entrance door was severely stuck and was a struggle to open and close each time making a loud noise. 4. Started itching all over as soon as we lied down on the bed - afraid it could be due to bed bugs 5. Bathtub could be cleaner - had black stains on the floor of the tub 6. Bath shower head was leaking and was spraying water all over the place. 7. Wonder how this dump got 8/10 Expedia guest rating. I am never trusting Expedia's rating again.

I felt safe, the shower was nice, the scenery was nice. The staff was also very friendly. I feel like the hotel was a bit outdated and needs some renovations but overall a good place to stay on a budget. The only downside was that it was very noisy because we had the room near the stairs and the housekeeping was very loud.

Very bad experience. The rooms are old, outdated, musty smell, uncomfortable mattresses. It seems that nobody takes care of the rooms.

I was put in a smoking room...it was horrible. Usually they ask before they put you in one of those rooms. I didn't want to complain because I was asked lots of personal information upon check in that was unusual. It's a beautiful property and prior stays were great. Advice tell them in advance non smoking room

There was an insect in my room that was parger than a cockroach. I still have the picture of the insect. i showed it at the front desk and asked to send somebody. He was being rude and so chill about it, the front desk guy just said that it’s currently 8pm and the cleaning staff leaves at 4:30pm or something. I mean what the heck!! You don’t even have room service and can’t even maintain the standard hygiene.Hotel is a 3 star it shows but they dont deserve even 2 stars.
