Luxury 2 bedroom, en-suite apartment set in a gated development with allocated parking.

If you are looking for a great place to stay with amazing beach views, where you can kick back and relax this is it !!

This home from home interior designed apartment is very spacious with open plan living . The master bedroom has amazing sea views and access to a long terrace that also runs through to the lounge area this would be a perfect spot to enjoy al-fresco dining with gorgeous views of the beach and sea.
Additionally you can sit back and soak up the views from the open plan living area.
There is WiFi, flat screen tv with Netflix plenty of DVDs books, and all other amenities that you would expect.

There is additional storage in the hallway for your use and we have fold away beach chairs for you to take down to the beach.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the essentials you will need for an easy holiday and has a spacious cooking area.
Dining area which can seat 2-6 guests comfortably, and is great for entertaining as couples or families.

The apartment is a 5 min walk to the marina which has a number of great restaurants and bars. Close to the marina is a large shopping complex, supermarkets and such like.
Beachy head is 15 mins away and Brighton and Hastings are 30 mins drive. Pevensey bay is a 5 min drive and is stepped in history. This is where William the Conqueror landed in 1066.
Pevensey castle Is down the road.
Eastbourne pier is 10 mins away.
So many activities to do here in Eastbourne, water sports, boat trips, restaurants and cafes in the marina, or just lay back and relax in this beautiful apartment with amazing views that will keep you mesmerised.

the master bedroom has a a lovely walk in shower en suite, and a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. gorgeous views to wake up too. and plantation shutters for that beach feel, and privacy if needed. has a spacious double bed and storage.

bedroom two has a large ensuite bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway. the bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a zip and link king size if needed and has a large built in closet and a tall boy which also houses a great vanity mirror. Again plantation shutters for that beach vibe and privacy if needed. The room also has a juliette balcony.
The apartment also has a double sofa bed for extra guests.
We supply fresh bed linen, towels and organic toiletries,
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk for when you arrive.
We are sure you are going to love your stay the photos cannot completely capture how spacious and lovely and how incredible the views are..
we look forward to you booking and staying with us.

The apartment is set up for four guests we can accommodate 6 guests when using the sofa bed but this will incur an extra cost.

Altogether a fantastic property

We once again enjoyed a lovely long weekend in this outstanding property. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful views

We had a lovely few days helped by amazing weather which made sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set over the sea an incredible sight. The restaurants/bar at the harbour were a nice walk along the beach path, and Eastbourne itself an easy distance away. Very pleasant break..thanks!

Lovely Seaside Apartment

The apartment is bright and airy and overlooks the sea. It's well furnished and comfortable. As far as we were concerned it was ideally situated - near to the marina (a ten minute walk) for restaurants but far enough away from it to be quiet. The owner sent us plenty of useful recommendations beforehand and was very helpful. Really couldn't fault this accommodation and would certainly recommend it to others.

Jane was extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment is clean, homely and beautifully presented. The views are ever changing and simply sitting and staring at the sea and watching the world go by is such a peaceful and restorative experience. Will look forward to visiting when the sun is shining and can walk down to dip a toe in the water before breakfast! Don't tell anyone - we want to be able to get another booking soon!

Comfortable accomodation in good location

The accomodation was comfortable but was lacking the luxury element due to a lack of amenities in the kitchen/dining space as well as a lack of toiletries, which were not organic as listed. The TVs were difficult to use and I had to login to my Netflix account to access the service. The property was well decorated with good views but it didn't feel as luxury as expected. Staying in the second room with two singles which didn't attach easily, I decided to sleep on the sofa bed which was a more comfortable option. The owner maintained good communication with us throughout.

Disappointed

All in all, we didn't feel this was a "luxury" property by any means. For a start, the host should have made sure all was well before our arrival, especially the shower-room window which gapes at the hinged edge and lets in gales. There were several other maintenance issues too. Not only that but the shower cubicle is tiny, there is no grill pan and the cutlery is cheap. On arrival, you have to work out which key is which and how many floors to go up to find where the flat is - no details were supplied. Location-wise it was great. The path on the beach is an excellent feature, if you don't mind people constantly passing your lounge window, and the amenities of Sovereign Harbour are easily within walking distance. What a pity the flat did not live up to expectations.

Seafront luxury

This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely bright and clean apartment. The location is great. Its nice and quiet, overlooking the sea, but just a short walk to Sovereign Harbour with its restaurants and shops. We'll look forward to our next visit!
