Water's Edge is a superb marina retreat sleeping up to six.

Set over three floors and with stunning views over the water from all of the marina-facing rooms, this property is beautifully-presented throughout.

With a home office to boot, plus driveway parking, this is an excellent choice for those visiting on business (or wanting a nicer spot to Work From Home) as well as holiday makers.

Sovereign Harbour's cafes and shops are a short stroll, and Eastbourne centre is just four miles away.

Enter the ground floor of this contemporary townhouse and walk through to the dining kitchen at the rear.

This airy and light room has fabulous views over the marina and doors that lead out to your balcony. From here, external steps lead down to your private patio area complete with outdoor dining set for 'al fresco' lunching which soaking up the yachting vibe.

If you're feeling the chill, the dining table inside seats up to six, and the kitchen itself is very well equipped for self catering. There is an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils. Plus a washing machine and separate tumble dryer if you're there for a longer stay and need to do some laundry.

This floor also has a handy WC, and then stairs leading up to the next floor.

The living room is set on this first floor and offers breathtaking views over the marina - plus access to another balcony with seating. If you can tear yourself away from the water views, there is a large L-shaped sofa and a chair in front of the Smart TV.

This middle floor also has a fabulous home office - making this property ideal for those who need to catch up on some work (or school homework!) during their stay.

A kingsize bedroom is situated next to the study.

The top floor boasts the final two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a kingsize and has an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom can be set up as either a kingsize or with two single beds - let us know on booking which suits you best.

WiFi is included as is all linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels). This house is neighbour to another Exclusively Eastbourne property, Sail Away, so booking both could be ideal for two families wanting to be close (but not too close) together.
