Charming 5 bedroom antique within a short drive to acclaimed beaches in the National Seashore, the historic First Encounter Beach on the calmer waters of the Cape Cod Bay,
Mass Audubon Sanctuary, Fort Hill walking trails, the Cape Cod Biking Rail Trail, Wellfleet Drive In, Wellfleet Flea Market, fabulous restaurants and more! Window air conditioners in every bedroom keep you cool after a leisurely day on the flats or in the ocean waves. Owner lives in an adjacent apartment but rental entrance is private; plenty of parking.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Cozy, Spacious and friendly owners.
We truly enjoyed our stay. A Queen size bedroom and a twin size bedroom, with a desk are on the main level. Up stairs is a King room ( with master bath) Queen room and another twin room with bath. Perfect size for us, our children and both sets of parents. Owners where super friendly and gave great recommendations. Bike trail was a short way and we all rode from the house. Close to downtown Orleans and The Red Barn and Coast Guard Beach! We plan to stay again.
