The western border of the Outer Cape is lined with miles of beautiful beaches overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Just as magical as the National Seashore, Cape Cod Bay offers calmer and warmer waters, amazing flats at low tide and breathtaking sunsets. Parking tickets and visitor stickers for Eastham Town beaches and ponds can be purchased upon entrance. Please note Max occupancy of 2 people and one parking space available

A great property but the management of it is not.
Minimal communication before arriving from management company. Pre arrival list of amenities received 6 hours by email after our arrival. No key in the key box, had to wait almost an hour for a representative to arrive with a key. The cabin had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty dishes in the sink and wet towels in the shower. When the management company was informed all we got was a sorry. Excessive fees were double the actual cabin rental amount. No explanation of what the extra fees were for.

Do Not Rent This Property
This cramped, dirty cottage was practically unlivable. An adult must sit sideways on toilet due to impossible fit (we are tall, but normal adults and no room to sit normally), toilet seat also broken, owner's belongings are packed into large, dusty bins perched precariously above the bed (blocking skylight), a dangerous tangle of wires/cables covers floor between loveseat and tv, no window screens, no storage, no closets/drawers, only chair was unusable (in corner, behind bed, packed with unused bedding), dirty bathmat, trash (or something else?) under bed, no toilet paper, paper towels or dish soap.
