Great Location Close to Ocean Beaches
The house was clean and comfortable and dog-friendly. It is was a 5mins to the Visitor's Center and 10 minutes to the ocean beaches.

Professional and Comfortable in Eastham
Great place and excellent communication before, during and after the stay! Had questions and they were all answered quickly and completely. The place was wonderful and updated beyond what the photos showed. Would have been nice to know in the listing that the whole kitchen was stocked with silverware and utensils, pots one etc and some seasonings. Just needed oils to get going! Cleaning was easy. Recycling wasn’t clear so we just trashed it unfortunately. Would have liked to park more than 2 cars without feeling bad in the driveway because there was so much space that 4 would’ve been easy, even 6 if needed. Staff were great to speak to and had no issue with access. We would love to be back! 4.5/5 stars for those minor issues. Thanks!

Beautiful, family-friendly home in quiet neighborhood
We stayed in 14489 - Beach Breeze. This is a classic Cape with great modern, clean decor. The living room has comfortable seating, and a large TV. It's open to a pretty dining table that overlooks the yard. The kitchen is so adorable and clean, with everything you need. There's also a fantastic sunroom with large dining table. There are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and two more large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. This home is also air-conditioned, which is unusual on the Cape and very appreciated! Finally, the yard is huge! There's room for bike parking, a fireplace and seating area, an outdoor shower, two huge sectionals, and a picnic table. There's additional seating and a badminton court on the side. It's a short bike ride to Cook's Brook Beach, a bay beach with warm water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great house, great location!
I stayed during the second week of July with my husband, daughter (4 years old), my two parents and my husbands two parents. The house had plenty of space for all of us.
The bedrooms were surprisingly large, the dining table fit all of us and still had extra room, and the kitchen had enough space for several cooks at once. The living area was a favorite, and my daughter especially loved sprawling out on the large and comfortable sectional.
The entire group mentioned that the beds felt new. Honestly, the bed I slept in on the first floor rivaled the comfort of my own mattress at home. The whole house had a new feel to it, and it was very fresh, bright and clean.
The location can’t be beat! We spent every day at a new beach, and nothing was far. Nauset Light, Coast Guard, First Encounter and Marconi were all favorites. We loved being so close to beaches and restaurants. There were also small shops (ice cream, groceries, souvenirs) that were only a couple of miles from the house. The house itself had a lot of privacy, but the closeness to everything else was so comfortable and convenient.
I would absolutely recommend this house to friends, and would be very interested renting in the future. Great vacation!

Cottage in the woods.
The home is warm and filled with everything you need to have this be your starting point for a relaxing vacation. The beach is a close drive away, many restaurants are in the surrounding area and Eastham is in the center of the Cape.
