Welcome to Papa’s Point of View, your private waterfront escape on the St. George Sound—just 10 minutes from the public beach access on St. George Island! This newly updated coastal retreat features a brand-new private dock perfect for watching dolphins and manatees, soaking in sunrise views, and enjoying evening strolls along the solar-lit walkway.

It’s also a fantastic fishing spot — redfish, trout, flounder, and even small sharks have already been caught right off the dock.

Inside, the home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one with an easy-access step-in shower). Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a spacious bunk/game room with queen-size bunk beds.

The game room is a guest favorite, loaded with fun: Pac-Man arcade machine, air hockey table, basketball shootout game, big-screen TV
