Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. Plenty of parking is available for vehicles, boats, and trailers. Self check-in information with a custom guest code will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Eastpoint, Seabreeze offers a true Forgotten Coast experience. You’ll be close to local seafood restaurants, public boat ramps, fishing spots, and just a short drive to the beaches of St. George Island and the shops and dining of Apalachicola. The area is known for incredible sunsets, wildlife, and some of the best bird watching on the Gulf Coast.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to explore the area. The home is conveniently located near restaurants, marinas, beach access points, and outdoor activities. Plenty of parking is available for boats and trailers.
