Nestled in the heart of the Rosario Resort community, this top-floor gem showcases stunning south-facing views of East Sound and has been recently renovated for modern home comfort. The bedroom includes a private deck to enjoy the views and a central deck off the living room is perfect for sharing coffee or cocktails. Cascade Lake is immediately outside the resort and other Moran State Park treasures like Mountain Lake and Mt. Constitution are also a short drive from the condo. On-site, you can rent boats at the marina or book a kayak tour.

The full kitchen impresses with custom cabinets and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Meals can be shared around the dining table. A plush sofa, a fireplace, and a Samsung Frame smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. The entire space enjoys year-round natural lighting thanks to its southern exposure.
