Every detail and the location are phenomenal. I’d say it’s the best property and hosts with which I’ve ever rented Dead center on the lake. Close to everywhere we want to go

Great house!

Visited Great Waters for a wedding. This home was perfect for us (7 adults). Plenty of room to sleep and hang out. Porches were awesome and kitchen well appointed. Bob and Kelly were great too deal with and very responsive.

Great Vacation Home with a Great Host

Bob and Kelly’s home was perfect for our stay. It had plenty of room to accommodate our family and was super spacious and clean. Bob was an excellent host. He answered all of my many questions and gave great recommendations. We were just a quick walk from the pool, boat dock and marina. And town was a short 10 minute drive. We had a great time and will definitely reach out to stay here again! We loved it.

Can't Miss House for Masters Stay

This house (and the owners) did not disappoint! Everything was as advertised. Owners were very responsive to all requests and regularly checked in to ensure everything was ok. They also went well above and beyond for golf and restaurant recommendations. House has everything you need with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. View of the 9th hole off the back porch is a great setting to sit outside and enjoy refreshments. I could go on and on about all the positives about renting this place. The owners truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again (for any event) or any other place they might have.

Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely well stocked. The high top tables on the back deck made for a fantastic hang out space. Having access to tennis courts, the pool and docks kept us entertained.

Lovely Home

This home is the most well appointed rental homes we have stayed in. It had plenty of room for our son, wife and two young girls. There were even toys in the closet. This is not your basic rental house. The kitchen is well stocked. So many little touches! And lovely too! The location is a short walk to the lake or the pool, tennis court and beach area. Fun for everyone. The owners are most responsive and helpful.

Beautiful in Every Way

This is way beyond a rental. It’s a lovely home, and has anything you could possibly need for your visit. The owner was prompt with communication and made us feel so welcomed. The location was great—close to marina, private dock, and pool— a great find for our family vacation.

Enjoyed our stay at well-stocked home!

We had a blast staying in this home for a long weekend with family. Although the house is not directly on the lake, it is a very short walk, and it was easy to push our strollers down to the lake and pool. The home is spacious and very well stocked. The owner was wonderful to work with as well!

Beautiful home on Great Waters golf course

This was a beautifully maintained, well equipped home overlooking the ninth green of Great Waters Golf course. It had a nice view of the lake just past the fairway. We had access to a community boat dock just a few minute walk away, as well as a community pool and tennis court. We’d definitely return for another trip.

My sister, our daughters, and our mother all gathered here to celebrate a monumental birthday. We were delighted with the Evans’ home and so pleased by their thoughtfulness on every level. Wonderful week with family

The Evans' took great care in providing a vacation home for our family that was incredibly well equipped and very comfortable. They paid great attention to detail and include more items ( spices, beach towels, tennis rackets, fishing poles, a quality cooler, pack n play etc. ) than those that are generally included in a VRBO home. While we experienced a couple minor issues, Bob Evans was quick and professional in dealing with any concerns we had while staying in their home. We enjoyed the short walk to the swimming pool and the tennis courts. The view of the golf course from the back porch was spectacular. This home served our family's needs very well.
