Very disappointing.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!! My family and I stayed 7/22-25. This criminal will try to blame anyone who stays here for his dilapidated house
1. Shower head in bathroom âshotâ off faucet when the shower was turned on.
2. Bathroom has running water from tub, not from bath tub faucet.
3. Pathway lighting would not come on leading the way down to the dock.
4. Dock lights themselves would not work.
5. Excessive amount of yellow jackets around back porch.
6. The cleanliness of the inside was extremely poor. I hand washed any dishes that were used prior to using due to the old food stuck to them. This issue leads back to the bathrooms. If someone had cleaned them properly, you would have been notified of the faucet problems.
7. Run down shack also on property (safety concern).
8. Screws sticking up from deck.
9. Back porch deck stairs are falling apart but he did manage to cover the rotted wood with paint.
10. All the outdoor furniture cushions are covered in mold and dirt.
11. Safety ladder on deck comes complete out of deck.
