Located in the commune of Eckbolsheim, 7.5 km from Strasbourg, L'Audacieuse is a beautiful house typical of the region, ready to welcome you all year round.

With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden and swimming pool, it is fully equipped and would be perfect for a family on a leisure break or business travellers. Linen provided, wifi, ideal location close to all amenities, everything has been thought of for your comfort.

Accommodation
Decorated and furnished in a rustic style, combining wooden furniture, exposed beams and tiled floors, the 170m² house is spread over 2 levels and is made up as follows:

Ground floor
- A bright living room with a TV lounge area and a convivial dining table for 6 people.
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc. A second dining area is available: table with bench and chairs.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.

1st floor
- Two double bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and storage space for your clothes
- One bedroom with a single bed for a child, teenager or adult (90x200)
- Bathroom with double washbasin.
- Separate WC

Outside
- You can enjoy the 200m² garden and 30m² south-facing terrace. The enclosed garden has a garden table and chairs for 6 people and an electric barbecue.
- The covered swimming pool can be used from May to September, weather permitting (not heated).
- Two cars can be parked in the courtyard.

Other facilities include a washing machine, cot and high chair.

Neighbourhood
Ideally located in a very pleasant area in the centre of the village, with all shops within 500 m: bakery, butcher's, supermarket, florist, bank, chemist, etc.

Sightseeing: Strasbourg, Palais de l'Europe, Mont St-Odile, Château du Haut Koenigsbourg, Europa Parc theme park (shuttle bus from Strasbourg), wine route, Baden Baden thermal baths, Parc Ste Croix...
Activities: cycling, go-karting, climbing, accrobranche, laser park...

Transport
Bicycles, buses and trams are a 5-minute walk away.
The SNCF train station is 15 minutes away and the airport 20 minutes by car.

- You will receive a warm welcome from the owners, who will be delighted to give you any advice they can.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
