Patoka Lake Luxury Home #21 at Patoka 4 Seasons Resort

Summary:

This spacious cabin comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests, making it perfect for large families or group gatherings. There are four bedrooms, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The full kitchen comes supplied with basic cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The living area features two couches, a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV with satellite and DVD player, creating a welcoming space to gather together. Upstairs, you’ll find a small loft area equipped with a table and loveseat, perfect for family game night or a quiet place to unwind. For added convenience, the cabin includes a washer and dryer, and the Âœ bath is located just off the laundry room. There are two full bathrooms as well. The downstairs bathroom features a shower and Jacuzzi tub, while the upstairs bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Towels and basic toiletries are provided. Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub on the deck, and then relax in the screened-in porch, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the outdoors without the bugs.

The Space:

We are surrounded by the beautiful Patoka Lake, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. While the lake is not visible directly from the cabins, we do have walking paths that will take you right to the water. There are also nearby boat ramps, making it easy to get out and enjoy a day on the lake. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, the lake is just minutes away!

Eclipse Weekend

My family rented this cabin to view the total eclipse of the sun. We had two little ones (3 and 5) with us, and it was perfect for them. The playground was just across the street, the hot tub was like a swimming pool for them, and the walk to the lake was a big adventure. The adults loved it too! It was perfect for the five adults. We had a really wonderful time. The maintenance folks were very responsive when we called about an electrical problem. The property manager was great when we inquired about checking in a day early. One of our adults needed to work the day of the eclipse. The wifi worked great for him. Overall, it was just what we wanted and needed for the eclipse weekend.

Quiet stay

The stay was wonderful. The facility was well maintained and clean. The location was private but still close to the pool. The only minor thing is that one of the bedrooms is only accessed through a bathroom and that bedroom door could be deadbolted from the bathroom side trapping the people in the bedroom. A different locking arrangement should be used.

Perfect cabin for friends gathering in fall

Clean, cozy and lots of space. Enjoyed hot tub on deck, fire pit and path to the lake. Should advertise third bedroom upstairs only has access by going through the bathroom. Wasn't a problem for us but I could see how it might be for families with children. Need better instructions for TV too. All in all we liked it and would rent again.

Spring Break 2021

My family had an absolutely amazing time. This place is roomy and clean. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The cabin has a great location. Short walk to the lake and plenty of space for 12 people!!! Beautiful scenery and far enough away from the other cabins so you were not bothered at all! Definitely want to stay again!!

Nice place close to French lick and paoli

Stated here with friends over valentines weekend to have a scenic and large place to stay that allowed outside play. Hot tub was great and kids played on play set and in arcade even though there was snow. Beds were nice and management was attentive. Only odd piece was to get to one bedroom, you had to go through a bathroom. Since we had a few couples staying. The person in the bedroom was trapped whenever bath upstairs was in use. 20 mins to French lick and 25 to paoli. Would stay here again. You will need four wheel drive for the properties in the winter. Did a good job of plowing, but ice and steep hills still called for four wheel drive

Very nice property for family gathering

This was our first time staying at this resort. Nice property with enough space between each of the homes/cabins. This particular home worked perfectly for or extended family gathering of 13 total people. Plenty of space out back and a path down to the lake was really convenient as well. Worked out well to get a vacation in while being COVID mindful.
