The room was small. I had reserved a room with two queen beds through Expeded but ended up in a room with a queen bed and a pull out. I requested a different room however, the manager on duty said they could not change it because it was through a third-party. They said their change button was grayed out. However, according to Expedia, the representative stated Hampton Inn could change my room. Hampton Inn refused.
