Quiet neighborhood at the end of Katama.Wonderful biking on flat land trails,walk to Norton Point free boat landing or 4wheel drive to Chappaquiddick beaches.Walk or bike or drive to South beach and have long sunset walks on the beach and swim in the summer ocean.
This house,with a large private yard allows many yard games or a quiet nap in the hammock. A very easy house to walk in and feel at home.
The three bedrooms and full bathroom plus an extra half bath provide easy one story living in a clean, freshly painted home.A large family living room to come together or many different areas to relax and read. Refund offered 120 days before arrival
Drive into Edgartown proper in seven minutes for dinning, ,entertainment, shopping,or visiting the Lighthouse. Drive to Morning Glory Farm for fresh corn in five minutes orgo the backway to visit other Island Towns. Fresh seafood is plentiful and fishing charters and sailboat rides are close by.
