A Spacious Vacation Cottage in Sheepscot Harbour

Newly renovated cottage offering style and convenience. Located within walking distance to Wiscasset. A great home base for exploring Boothbay Harbor and many more midcoast Maine destinations!

A one bedroom cottage, perfect for two to four, or a family (a futon can sleep an additional 2 people). All the bed linens are included.

Sitting area with television. A full bathroom, with fresh towels. Eat-in kitchenette includes plenty of dish ware, hot plate, microwave, convention oven, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, toaster and small fridge.

Plan a day excursion, or relax inside with the view of the harbor.

Make yourself at home in the cottage! Outside the cottage association has common areas to enjoy and walk areas including good sceneries, gazebo, a 100 ft pier.

Self Check In/Out

Access, check-in, and checkout instructions are available in the Vrbo app 3 days before check-in, and all other information is available as soon as they book. Edgcomb cottage

Cozy cottage with a nice view , well kept landscaping, even not right on the water. Kitchen well stocked (we like to cook😀) , very clean and nice area all around. Wiscasset is very close with good seafood restaurants. Boothbay Harbor is about 25 min away but a lot Going on there as far as shops and restaurants and cruises. Had a great time

Quiet and cozy. Plenty of space for 3 of us.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights with our teenager. There was plenty of space to spread out. Between the bedroom and the futon we all had plenty of space. The property was clean and had a beachy feel. Checkin and checkout were easy. The cottage gave us easy access to the Boothbay area which is a hidden gem.

More than lives up to its promise

This cottage is a jewel! Just adorable, clean and plenty of space. I cooked many of my meals and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything I could need. Bath towels are luxurious and I appreciated the homey touches like kleenex, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. And the view of the Sheepscot River is gorgeous! I used this as a jumping-off spot for several day trips -- it's perfectly located to the mid-coast. I loved every minute and would gladly book it again in the future.

Great communication. The location is amazing! Great place to walk pets. Close to Boothbay, Wiscasset and Bath areas. The interior was nice, open and had everything we needed. The inside is nice, not fancy but nice. Bed was pretty comfy. The pics were a bit deceiving. There is no place to sit outside. Not water access. View from inside is very nice. Location to Boothbay and Botanical gardens is a short drive. The sunsets are unbelievable and its very quite. The room fits all our needs. Open plan gives us the space we need. I will be back in the fall. We had a door issue and it was sol ved the next morning

Lovely accomodations in a perfect location

We have stayed at this location a couple of times because we enjoyed it so much! It is generously spacious for two people, which we like much more than staying in a hotel room since it is more comfortable to have a bedroom in addition to a kitchen area and living room space, especially since it is dog friendly! It is always very clean and nicely decorated, has a comfortable bed and great shower, and couldn't be more convenient to all the places we go (Boothbay Harbor, Daramascotta, Bath, Reid State Park, Brunswick, and all the beautiful hiking spots in the area). We love this part of Maine and visit often and really enjoy staying at the Sheepscot Harbour Village because it is such a lovely setting, right on the water where you can watch gorgeous sunsets and feel at home.
