Westend Place is a charming, spacious detached Victorian holiday house on 3 levels. Our guests could not be better placed for enjoying East Lothian golf during their stay, with North Berwick Golf Club just minutes away. The beach is also within easy walking distance, along with North Berwick High Street and a wide variety of independent businesses, cafes and eateries.

Westend Place retains traditional Victorian features and the individuality of the house adds to the appeal of this large property. The house also boasts golfing heritage as the birthplace of Jean Donald, three-time Scottish Ladies Amateur Champion. Relax with family or friends at this beautiful holiday home and enjoy sea views to the Firth of Forth.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor of Westend Place is a sitting room with ample, comfortable seating and TV.

This level also houses a bathroom with shower cubicle and separate W.C.

Cook up a storm in the kitchen, which contains all you need for your self-catering break, including a fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher and Breville coffee machine. Enjoy a meal together in the dining area, seating up to 14 guests.

The ground floor additionally contains two bedrooms, both with king-size beds.

Middle floor:
On the middle floor is another sitting room with wonderful sea views and a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and separate W.C.

On this floor are three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with a small double bed.

Top floor:
The top floor of Westend Place contains two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bath, ideal for friends taking a seaside break together.

Westend Place welcomes one dog per booking. Please note there is a small additional charge of £30 for this.

Westend Place has a convenient private driveway with parking for one car.

All properties are strictly non-smoking and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Bookings made at this property require a £500 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded to your card 5-7 working days after departure.

Please also note complimentary mid-stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid-stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid-stay cleans
