We decided not to stay in the property it was that bad

The host was very helpful as we had difficulty finding the apartment due to road closures and diversions but when I first went in through the door I was shocked at the state of the property. The flat smelt dirty, and of mould and on inspection it was filthy, no cleaning had been done. Dust on all services, food on utensils, mould and dirt on door handles, rubbish on the floor. It was cold no heating on. Decided not to stay as do bad, would recommend the place is completely cleaned . The first time I have used Vrbo but will never use again
