I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main reception:)

The apartment was a great value for its location just outside the Old Town city centre. For tourists, it's about a 15-minute, mostly flat walk to the castle and Royal Mile, etc. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and warm. All the expected amenities were provided and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only one small drawback - for travelers counting on the laundry amenities, the dryer was pretty ineffective (washer-dryer combo, design limitation, not a fault). Overall it exceeded expectations.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we were welcomed and given all relevant information on arrival. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Close to public transport to get into the centre which is approximately a 20-25 minute walk. Extra convenience was being able to checkout and leave our luggage for a few hours. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean and just perfect for our extended family gathering. We had three two bedroom apartments and the children’s cots and high chairs were pristine clean. Great location too!

The room was spacious and clean but backed onto a main road. The noise from cars and lorries (which made the room vibrate when they went past) made a peaceful nights sleep impossible. I’m sure some apartments don’t have this problem but unless you can guarantee a room away from the road I would avoid staying here
