Beautiful Stay

Wonderfully appointed home. Practically anything we needed was provided. Location is a short bus ride away from the Royal Mile and easy to get to. Stairs up to the flat were a bit tricky to navigate with suitcases but we figured it out. Only things I could suggest adding would be an extension cord in the bedrooms so a phone could be plugged in closer to the bed, and perhaps a portable fan for warm night. We hope to stay here again!

Fabulous flat , beware of noisy neighbours

We recently rented this flat and it is fabulous with everything we needed and in a great location for us close to my family. We had an issue with one of the smoke alarms going off due to a low battery. This was fixed within a couple of hours of me calling. Fantastic service. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star review is that the person renting the flat below decided to have a New Years Eve party whilst we were there. It was really loud and went on all night.

Quiet and Well Connected

Wonderful apartment located a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride from the center, near several restaurants, antique stores, and shops Very well stocked kitchen, large living room, and two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment so no shared wall for snorers!

Excellent location and lovely apartment!

This apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. It is close to a frequent bus route #41 and a walk across the meadows gets you close to the city center. The owners were very helpful and prompt in their answers to a couple of questions I had. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location!

Wonderful flat just a short walk from The Meadows. Quiet family neighborhood just a short bus ride away from The Royal Mile. We especially enjoyed the spacious rooms and our son enjoyed having his own room to spread out. We felt at home, thanks Adrian and Jenny for sharing your home with us!
