Fantastic property!!!

This is probably the best property we have ever stayed at. It is modern, clean, spacious, magnificently presented and in a ideal location very close to good walking and skiing areas and very handy for a regular 30 minute bus journey into Edinburgh, The "piece de resistance" is the Cinema Room, which is absolutely amazing with a tremendous stock of films old and new. Chris, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this property. Chris was a wonderful host, and a really great guy. We were here for 8 days and have nothing but positives to say. The cinema is awesome, but the greatest selling point for travelers is that there are four bathrooms in the property. There were four of us traveling together and it meant that we were all able to have our own showers. We miss staying here and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful & Comfortable

We had a quick 2 night stay in Edinburgh but were able to rest/relax here in between excursions. It was only a 5 minute walk to the number 4 bus that took us into the city center within 30 minutes for £1.70/adult.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is stunning. Immaculately decorated, clean and spacious. Cinema is amazing! Plenty of choice with hundreds of films. Views from livingroom were stunning. Chris was fantastic, so helpful and provided us with all the info necessary to make our stay perfect - nothing seemed too much bother. Brilliant location too. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely return!

The house was incredible and was a good setting for a few relaxing days with friends to relax prior to my wedding. Chris was fantastic and on hand for anything that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend it to anyone.

This is a beautifully appointed and well maintained property. The view from the living room was delightful every day. There were ample supplies of delicious coffees and even items for a first light breakfast! Of course, the movie theater was amazing! Chris even asked us if there was a particular movie we would like to see and then he obtained it for us. We made good use of the small washer-dryer combination unit for laundry. There was even a drying rack for delicates available. The location is very convenient to the motorway and all services. Perhaps one of the reasons we enjoyed Edinburgh so much was because we had this wonderful home base to return to!
