This property offers the ideal base for you to explore and enjoy all that this charming seaside town has to offer.

You will be spoilt for choice with the abundance of independent shops, restaurants, cafes, and boutiques located in the area. Our town also boasts award-winning butchers and bakers, providing you with everything you need at your fingertips.

Step into the open-plan kitchen/dining and living area, you’ll be greeted by a bright, airy, and tastefully decorated space. The seamless blend of these areas creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect haven for relaxation and unwinding. A large flat-screen TV and complimentary WiFi are available, providing ample entertainment options and connectivity.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your self-catering holiday needs, featuring a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. A dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 guests is also available.

Upstairs, you'll discover two sophisticated bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers a cosy single bed. Both bedrooms provide ample storage space, ensuring a clutter-free and comfortable stay.

North Berwick has its own railway station, offering an hourly service that takes only 25 minutes to reach the centre of Edinburgh.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable – after this date the booking will be fully non-refundable.

A £150 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival and refunded after departure.

To find the property, head down the vennel between Co-operative Funeral Care and Nisa. At the end there is a gate which will take you to the property - as you enter the gate the property is in front of you. There is a 'Smugglers Cove' plaque and an outdoor table and chairs in the front garden as well as a '2 Smugglers Gate' sign under a light sensor at the front door.
