It’s a very wonderful experience staying here. The exterior was ok but inside the rooms are very clean, spacious and new. The staff was also very helpful and their service is of the highest quality experience. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone when they visit this area.

TUNAHAN

Odada sıcak su sıkıntısı vardı ki jakuzili bir oda için kabul edilemez bir durum. Sıcak su problemi 1.5 saatten uzun zamanda çözüldü ki çözüldüğünde saat gece 12:30 civarıydı. Odanın tam ortasında tv vardı ve istediğiniz yöne çevirebiliyordunuz. Bu iyi düşünülmüş bir fikirdi. Ancak keşke bu fikre uygun daha kaliteli bir tv konulsaydı. Netflix, tv Plus gibi uygulamalar çalışmadı. Odadaki ikramlarda oldukça yetersizdi. Deluxe oda için birer çay ve kahve mesela. Bu fiyatları veriyorsanız kesinlikle daha nitelikli hizmet almalısınız. Özellikle sıcak su konusunda yaşanandan dolayı kusura bakmayından fazlasını da hak ettiğimizi düşünüyorduk ancak otel yönetimi tarafından en ufak bir telafi davranışı gerçekleşmedi.

Rahat ferah, temiz çok iyi.

Öncelikle aracınız için otoparkını kullandık. Recepsiyondaki görevli ilgili ve saygılı. Odamız büyük, çok temiz ve caddeye bakması memnuniyetimi arttırdı. Banyodaki diş seti bu sınıftaki birçok hotelde göremediğim bir ayrıcalıktı.Tek endikabı şehir merkezine olan biraz uzaklığı. Kesinlikle ,tavsiye edebileceğim bir hotel.
