The location is great, but this is not a 4 star hotel. We didn’t have towels at check in, when they brought them, they were very old and tarnished. The rooms are extremely hot, we were with small baby and we had to open the window to cool the room constantly as it was 28’ during the winter, despite the AC being set at 20’. The breakfast was the poorest quality we’ve even had in Turkey. There is nothing but olives and bread that is enable. The restaurant was not working in the evenings, but judging by the breakfast we did miss much.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is in the center of the city. Everything is easily accessible on foot. It is a very modern and new hotel with a neat decoration. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The employees at the reception very polite and willing to serve. Free 24-hour parking is a big advantage. The gentleman who was in charge was also kind and served us in the parking lot when the space was full of cars. Also, very important that we had hot water 24 hours a day for bathing. Among the negatives of our stay I would put the very low, almost problematic, internet connection. Also, in several places it could be cleaner. Unfortunately, we found a lot of hair in the bathroom on a window sill, and the floor was not cleaned well. Moreover, the cleaning ladies were very noisy talking too loud in the morning. Overall, I recommend it. I will choose it again on my next visit.

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Konumu oldukça iyi ve temizlik konusunda da başarılılar. Kahvaltı ise ortalama seviyedeydi. Ancak odalar ciddi anlamda ses geçiriyor. Sabah 6’da yan odadaki konuşmalarla uyandım, gece ise 12’ye kadar müzik seslerinden dolayı uyuyamadım. Ayrıca üst ya da alt kattan sürekli eşya çekilme sesleri geliyor ve bu da oldukça rahatsız edici. Otel sahibinin yaklaşımı biraz cimri hissettirdi. Ütü masası ve havlular oldukça eskiydi. Genel olarak, ses konusunda hassassanız tercih etmenizi önermem.
