    Shanty town in Edmonton
    -no screens on the bedroom windows(no air conditioning)so bugs and mosquitos we’re comming in the house -foul, old smell throughout the house -master bed frame fell apart when I moved the bed to plug in something-made sleeping very interesting. -yard had no grass, it was overrun with weeds, ranging from 1-3 feet tall -no communication from property owner till I called her 2 days before arrival, to find out the entry particulars. She was very pleasant on the phone. We have stayed in plenty of VRBOs, and this one was a dump. It was very disappointing to start our annual family vacation in that place. I enjoy sitting outside and having a cup of tea at the end of the day. This was not possible in this place, because the over ran yard was very unappealing to sit in.

    Great spot for what we were after.
    The kitchen and bathroom are updated and very nice. The rest of the house is dated but was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were going to an event at Commonwealth and it was perfect for our group for that purpose. Would definitely stay again if we were doing the same. Very nice host. The yard could use a ‘lil loving.
