Off the kitchen you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer with ample detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets for your use! If you forget any essential toiletries at home we’ve got you covered. The home has extra individually wrapped toothbrushes, razors, toothpaste, and other essentials on hand.

On the second floor, you’ll find the home’s 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. All bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps and charging cables for both android and apple devices. Each bedroom has soft sheets, duvets, and 4 pillows with extras in the closet as well as fan to stay cool or just for white noise!

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $750 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.

I never had to do this with other airbnb listings, why do I need to complete this verification process ?
With the rise in fraudulent bookings, stolen identifications, and credit card fraud we have had to implement these extra measures to screen out and validate all guests similar to that of any hotel to ensure we can screen out fraudulent activity.

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay in south Edmonton. The home was located in a very nice family focussed and quaint sub division. The beds were very comfortable with fresh white linens. We enjoyed the amenities offered in this home including the coffee pot, stove and fridge.

This is a very cute house out of the city but with very nice shopping and restaurants close and the heart of Edmonton only about 25 minutes away! Really neat quiet neighborhood!

Comfortable and pleasing property
Good location and nice area. Unique property with nice features, great floor plan and very tastefully decorated. All the comforts of home and comfy beds, linens and lots of added amenities that were appreciated. I wished that the snow would have been removed before our arrival from sidewalks and steps. A little slippery for small children. All in all very nice place!
