Outside parking lot is very crowded and hard to move around in. They have a parkade but you need to checkin and get a room key first to access. Rooms are nice and clean and staff is friendly.

I was shocked at how nice the hotel room was. Maybe it was recently renovated but the inside is very modern and gorgeous for a hotel room that only cost 240 for one night with two seperate rooms. The master rooms bathroom has glass shower doors and really nice tile walls and dual shower head. The rooms were extremely clean and no real damage anywhere. Brand new looking fridges and the a/c wall unit was nice and quiet. The breakfast was also very good. It was a simple menu but the quality was on par. Under ground parking for safe secure parking. I’ll definitely be going back

This was a great location across the road from the West Edmonton Mall. I was there with my two grandsons, and we each had our own bedroom and bathrooms, which was quite a luxury. We found the beds a little bit hard for our liking and the pillows a bit too thick. It was also a little bit, disappointing that there was no supply of dishes and cutlery in the unit and it was necessary to ask for them at the front desk. other than that, it was a very pleasant place to stay while visiting the mall.

Our stay was wonderful—the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would happily stay here again. The staffs are super friendly. The location of the hotel are near to all restaurants and the mall. Just a small problem i book a queen bed but the bed feel like double. Aside from that its great!

No frills hotel

No frills hotel.We just stayed 6 nights. No pool, no gym. Hotel is right accross from WEM, right beside Jollybee and other restaurants, as well as right by a bus loop. The hotel is clean, and the cleaning ladies do clean nicely. It is a brand-new hotel and the front line staff is nice and pleasant. There is a liquor store right underneath the hotel, which is pretty convenient but also brings homeless people, lots of them all around the place, day and night. Beds are hard, like my hips were hurting so much by day 2, had to book a chiro appt afterwards. They could not accomodate my request for a foam, or mattress toppers, could not change me to a different room as they were full. Had to fold one of the blankets in half to be able to sleep better. Pillows are very high as well. I saw someone's comment before arriving and brought my own pillow. Best decision ever. Hotel is new but built cheaply, toilet seat did not fit toilet bowl, wallpaper peeling off, washroom door not closing properly (too tight), room door had to be manually closed as it wouldnt fully close when we left a few times. There are lots of rolls of fabric just laying behind parking stalls. They provide a dishwasher, microwave and a good size fridge. But if you actually want to use plates you have to ask reception and buy your own cloth and soap. Breakfast options are good but food is actually meh, very tasteless. After 3 days couldnt eat anymore. I would go back for one or two nights max, no more.

The A/C did not work in the first 2 nights until we reported to the front desk which sent the tech guy came and reset it. Overall the location was good, room was big and clean. The breakfast is standard
