Great location if you're planning on being at the mall, which we were. Excellent suite option for a large family of 6 with multiple bedrooms. Staff were great. Parking is free and very convenient. Everything was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by this booking for the price it was a huge score!

The cleanest hotel Iโ€™ve ever stayed in. Clean, spacious and quiet! Definitely our new go to. Right across the street from the mall.

Did not give me the room I had booked. Tried to charge me more on top of that. Terrible service. The windows look out onto a back alley full of what looks to be crack addicts. Book someplace else if you want good service and a safe area.

Not coming back.

The security charge and damage deposit was $400 plus. Add in the room charge it was unexpected. Heater in the room kept changing to A/C. No need for that when itโ€™s -30 outside.

It was amazing, only issue I had is there was no mention of a damage deposit so I got a little heart attack when I saw I was charged extra, but the staff happily explained it to me and cleared all my worries

Late Review. Its our second stay at Baymont within a month. Finally they added coffee maker in the room. Still the best hotel to stay within west edmonton mall area. The 2 bedroom suite is by far the best room there is. Underground heated parking, free breakfast are a bonus.
