Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The problem was I never got my cozy hotel… I spent 2 hours trying to get management but no success… Had to get another hotel … After I got my hotel and settled in they call me if I was coming… never had a address or phone to call. They told me that they made the mistake and said they call Expedia and explain they made mistake and I will get refund. I try calling but no help from Expedia
