The place itself was clean, communication with owners was easy and all the details provide were bang on. Building has a smell to it but not the apartment, it’s not a big deal at all and I’d say building is dated but again the apartment is very well maintained. I learned AC in Alberta isn’t overly common so windows open and fans helped keep it comfortable. Would consider again as it was close enough to downtown without having to be right downtown.

Located just a short drive to downtown, and close to all kinds of amenities. Located in a good neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. Rental is a complete 2nd floor apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and dining/living room. Communication from host was great. would book again if in the area.
