Welcome to our spacious and newly built home located in the most prestigious neighborhood in Southwest Edmonton! Our 2-storey home has over 1,600 sf that includes an in house laundry room and a separate entrance. The house is a 2minutes walk to the community playground area. Enjoy year round outdoor fun in the neighborhood park and trails. This is a family friendly neighbourhood with easy access to the a recreational center.

Visibly clean, but fridge had food spots and kitchen sink too. I had to wipe them off before using them. Dish sponge already used. No spices available. The comforter I used had stain, unsure if it was washed. No side table in the bedroom, so we had to put our stuff on the floor. We were told to park on the street which is not safe for our vehicle as space too tiny.
