Beautiful, comfortable, safe and clean 5-bedroom, ravine bungalow in charming Wedgewood Heights. This classic home is a short driving/bus distance to West Edmonton Mall.

The 5 beds and 2 Sofa beds accommodate a maximum of 12 Adults when sharing beds. Bedding is provided accordingly. Additional people can be children sharing these beds.

Wedgewood Ravine is a beautiful, quiet, well-kept, residential community in South West Edmonton. It has soccer fields, a baseball diamond and a well-equipped playground for kids.

1. Booking only for named individuals and ID proof is required. Nightly price is dependent on the higher of the actual number of guests checking-in AND the number of guests updated in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.

2. Tampering with any health and safety monitoring equipment will lead to cancelation of the reservation without refund.

3. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children and following house rules.

4. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. Additional charges $350+ will be adjudged.

5. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote work is fine.

6. Self-check-in while respecting neighbors' peace. Residential noise is not permitted from 10pm to 7am, 7 days a week.

7. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it will incur a $250 charge.

8. Only personal vehicles can be parked.

9. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.

10. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added.

11. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay.

12. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage.

13. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage.

14. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property.

15. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a $50 charge and past 12 PM will incur a full day charge. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

16. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.

17. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.

Great Location, Spacious, and Well-equipped
We stayed at this house with our children, their significant others and our 2 year old grandchild. The primary bedroom is like a mini suite, with a jacuzzi tub. We were pleasantlysurprised to find a pack and play in the closet as well. There was no need to pack ours. All the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nicely situated near the three bathrooms the house offers. The kitchen is well- equipped including an air-fryer, toaster, and coffee maker (drip and Keurig).The dishwasher is great for quick clean up after meals. Downstairs, the ping pong table, bluetooth karaoke stand and the extra TV provided hours of entertainment. The house is close to everything you need, including grocery stores and restaurants. The nearby ravine offers great places to walk or hike. We would love to stay here again!

Host was amazing and went out of his way for us. Kitchen had additional appliances(air fryer, magic bullet and pannini maker). Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Will rent again if ever in Edmonton

Reading Break Journey
The house locates in a quiet neighborhood. 15-mins driving to the famous West Edmonton Mall. The garage has enough space to park two SUVs and there’s a heater running over night. The house is large and clean. The Master Bedroom and a normal bedroom are in upstairs, and the rest three normal bedrooms are in downstairs. I will say, living 10 people in the house is the minimum, there are several sofa beds for extra 4-6 people. The house is very warm even the outside is -27C degrees. The owner is very nice, he didn’t charge us for breaking two wine glasses. The overall living experience is wonderful.

Amazing property and stay!
Abhay was the best host! He was very responsive to messages from the time I originally asked questions, to booking, during and after our stay. The house is amazing! Great amenities. We stayed with 2 young children and the space to ourselves was perfect. Lots of room for everyone. The kids loved the big tub in the master bedroom. Heated garage for the truck was awesome! The house is in a super convenient location to get to WEM and there is a grocery store and convenience store close by. This was our first VRBO booking and stay and I will definitely be booking again for future trips. If I’m ever in Edmonton again I will be booking Abhay’s house! Thanks again Abhay for a great stay!
