Industrial modern loft located in the heart of downtown Effingham!
Two bedrooms and two baths with queen beds, full kitchen, laundry, high speed wifi, and a 55" smart TV (we provide HBO Max, Disney+, & Hulu).
If you are working while you're visiting us, we have designed an inspired shared office space downstairs, just inquire with us so you can be your most productive and then spend more time relaxing!
Our stays are located above our basement speakeasy! We have a small but mighty food menu, and world-class cocktails.
We love to host and would love for you to stay with us! Kids, pets, and babies are welcome also! Just be prepared for the stairs in this historic building.
Our stays are a hands-off experience, but we provide all you'll need! We live close by and work downstairs during the daytime in case you run out of anything or need something, we can be there shortly!
