The recently completely renovated large 3 bedroom house has a fully enclosed garden (30 m2) with lots of privacy. In the garden you will find two luxurious sun loungers and 2 cozy seating areas.

The house has not only one, but two entrances, both with large open doors to the garden.

Through the first entrance you enter the bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a flat screen TV with German channels. Right next to this bedroom is a kitchen with a dining area for 2 people. You can watch TV comfortably from the bed or from the dining area as the television can be rotated.
Adjacent is a large bathroom. This modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wall unit and a toilet.

There is (in addition to this already complete accommodation) an intermediate door to the rest of the holiday home. The holiday home can therefore be divided into two parts. Ideal for groups / families who want more privacy.

Via the second entrance you come into the fully equipped living room of the holiday home. This has a spacious dining / seating area with TV, with German channels.
There is a second large open kitchen with all amenities. Think of a modern induction cooker, a combination oven / microwave and a dishwasher.

Furthermore, the holiday home on the ground floor has a second luxurious bathroom. This also has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet.

In the 1st On the second floor there are two further bedrooms. Both have two single beds (which can be pushed together).

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

The whole house has comfortable underfloor heating.
