The summer house is 100 meters from the beach and from the promenade and only two minutes walk from the village.

The summer house has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped.

It has 2 bedrooms, a private garden and terrace with a luxurious lounge set.

When booking the summer house, you will receive a free parking pass to park your car in close proximity.

On the ground floor is the living room with a cozy sitting area and a TV.

The dining area is very spacious and the new kitchen is super equipped and offers all the comforts. Think of a microwave, a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher and a stove with four hotplates (gas). There is also free Wi-Fi in the house.

The toilet and bathroom are separate and located on the ground floor.

The upper floor of the house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 single beds.

Die Wohnung ist absolut zweckmässig für zwei Personen.Unmittelbar am Strand und in fünf Minuten zur City.Alles ok und empfelentswert.

Seele baumeln lassen an der Nordsee
Wir waren im kleinen Familienkreis für eine Woche in den Ferienhäusern von "Gelukkig aan Zee" und waren alle restlos begeistert. Herzliche Aufnahme von Sabrina und Patrick (Verwalter), die immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatten. Gemütliche Unterkünfte (5 Min. vom Strand entfernt) mit allem, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht und fast eine Woche Dauersonnenschein ließen die Zeit leider wie im Flug vergehen. Stundenlange Strandspaziergänge oder in den Dünen waren für uns Hundebesitzer Erholung pur. Zwischendurch Einkehr in den verschiedensten Strandrestaurants oder direkt mitten in der City...was braucht man mehr. Zurück bleibt ein Egmond mit schönen Erinnerungen, die in jedem Fall wiederholt werden!!

Prachtige omgeving
Vlakbij het strand en een prachtig duingebied. Heerlijk uitgewaaid samen met onze hond. De woning was groot genoeg voor twee personen en van alle benodigdheden voorzien. Hooguit zou er beter zitmeubilair in de woonkamer mogen. Goed contact met de eigenaresse bij in- en uitchecken. Goede bedden en sanitair.
