Our wonderful, south facing, beautiful home beside the blue Mediterranean Sea is available now for you to rent.
A modern villa set on three floors with beautiful sea views from almost every room. Two king sized beds and four twins. Two large bathrooms with full sized baths & showers and a toilet on each floor. Modern ovens, hob and a large fridge freezer. A dishwasher with a quick thirty minute cycle and washing machine for your comfort. And all the other usual kitchen necessities. Even the kitchen has a lovely view! Lots of space and light, lovely terraced gardens. Sun loungers and exterior furniture. Outdoor eating space, barbecue and a secure gated garden. The gated community is secure and only accessible to residents. A beautiful pool on the complex, and with only thirty properties on the residence there's always room to sunbathe. Wifi available, Smart TVs to keep the teenagers happy. A two minute walk to the little beach Les Palmeretes and a ten minute one to the Cala Lanuza where there are two lovely bar/restaurants. Bus stop and tram connections are very near but a car is recommended if you want to visit beautiful sights such as Guadalest and the surrounding countryside.
Your minimum stay will be 10 nights, families are welcome, in fact the house will suit two families sharing a stay. A children’s pool adjoins the main pool. There is also a playground within the gated community. The beach is on your doorstep literally! Cala Les Palmeretes. Grown-ups will love it too, for your entertainment there's our friendly local, Cafe La Nuzza its just a short walk uphill past the bigger beach. Here they serve tapas and a full bar but it is also a mini market for fresh bread etc., The house is a stones throw from the little beach, ideal for snorkeling/diving/ paddle-boarding and basking in the warm sunshine and only a short walk to the bigger beach and the new ‘Nuzza Beach Bar’ Part of the beautiful Dormio Resort & Spa. Venta Lanuza is great for walking and cycling. There are eleven 18 hole golf courses within an hour or so's drive, the nearest is 15 minutes away at Golf Bahia and then Bonalba 25 minutes away. The pretty area of Venta Lanuza is a quieter one, so if you want to just relax at my home and enjoy the views you can do this too, or just listen to the sea and the birds, maybe watch the Red Squirrels searching for pine nuts! This is also the place to chill out. A car is recommended as there is so much to explore in this wonderful region of Alicante. From shopping in the city or the many mals between Alicante and Benidorm to discovering hidden coves or mountain views!

The tram runs every 20 minutes all the way from Alicante City to Denia. The C2 bus stop is just outside on the street near the house it takes you by a circular route to El Campello, a very lovely seaside town with many good restaurants and clean beaches. From here you can get buses to lots more wonderful places!
It gets hot in the summer so we have air-conditioning for your comfort! Electricity is expensive in Spain so use it wisely, there is a daily limit set in the house rules. Please be aware of your environment. Only cool people not empty rooms, thank you!

Modern luxury in a beautiful setting
We booked through HomeAway and were surprised by the fantastic value for what looked like a beautiful villa with everything we needed (swimming pool, BBQ and terraces/balconies).
When we arrived we were completely shocked by how beautiful it actually was (even compared to the photos that we'd seen on the website).
After running around like a group of over-excited children, we settled down to one of the complimentary beers that we had found in the fridge (thank you so much).
The villa is perfectly located just a few metres from the sea. It's about a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram that takes you all the way to Alicante (40 mins) and the other direction to Benidorm (30 mins). It's about €2.50 each way and you can head into town until about 10.30pm, with the first tram coming back at around 6am.
The shared pool was lovely and there were no other guests during our stay, which made us feel like complete rockstars who had rented an entire villa development for our holiday.
The weather was really good, so thanks for arranging that as well.

Une très belle villa bien équipée avec une très belle piscine mais un peu loin de tout. Il faut absolument prendre la voiture. La plage à côté est petite et était pleine d'algues lors de notre séjour. Une autre un peu plus loin est à 10 minutes à pieds, avec une belle côté pour y aller, est très sympa.
Attention la climatisation est payante en plus, seule une toute petite co action est comprise dans le tarif!
Les propriétaires ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions.

Modern villa in a quiet location
Had a two week holiday in this villa which is new to the rental market, so every thing is new, fresh and good quality. The layout was open planned over three floors and was light and airy with amazing views over the sea and a quiet residential area. There was 8 of us staying, 3 adults, 4 teenagers and a 7 year old, there was plenty of room for all of us. The teenagers were particularly pleased that there was WiFi and two large smart televisions. The swimming pool was communal, but we had it too ourselves most days, there was a rocky cove a 3 minute walk away and a sandy cove 10 min walk away. The weather was unusually hot while we were there and we were very grateful for the air conditioning to cool the bedrooms. We used the villa as a base to discover the local Alicante area and were was plenty to go and see. We had two hire cars and there was parking for both. We had a great holiday and really loved the villa and would have no hesitation in recommending or booking this villa again.
