Situated in Coveta Fuma, 2 Km from Campello and 16 Km from Benidorm. For those NOT WISHING TO USE CAR the villa is 1 minute walking from the local electric tram station, the tram goes from Sunrise villa to Campello on to Alicante and in the other direction along the coast wich gives access to the beautiful and varied coast line of this area, Alicante city, Benidorm and the magnificent San Juan Beach . The villa is comprissed of 4 double rooms with 4 twin beds and 2 kingbed, able for 8 persons plus a cupboard bed placed in groundfloor lounge, able for 2 more adults, (occasionally we can also provide 2 extra individual sofa bed, able for 2 more children); 1 en suite bathroom and 3 complete bathroom with shower, 1 independ0ent whirpool bath (jacuzzy), laundry room, 2 large complete fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, owen, microwave, diswasher etc., 1 LIFT PROVIDING WHEELCHAIR, OR ELDERLY ACCESS, 2 large lounge, one in the basement and the other one in first floor, with TV (Including all european football leagues free matches live (U.K, Germany, Italia, France, Spain etc.) and Champions league, worldchampionship etc. , DVD, CD player etc., gas central heating, private swimming pool , private car park inside, BBQ, 3 large covered terraces facing the sea and 800 spq. m. private gardens with palm, olive, pine trees and hundreds of tropical flowers.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette magnifique villa, avec un emplacement extraordinaire. La vue sur la mer et l'accÚs privé etait un privilÚge. Un sejour inoubliable passée en famille. Villa preciosa , totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia... tiene escaleras para bajar a la playa, es una cala de piedras pero te puedes bañar sin problemas... Germån y su mujer M Carmen muy atentos y amables en todo momento, lo pasamos muy buen sobretodo los niños, esperamos volver pronto. Gracias por todo Germån, un saludo.

Unser Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder war wirklich sehr schön. Der Außenbereich der Villa absolut top.die InnenrĂ€ume leider sehr dunkel und alt eingerichtet. Die Schubladen mit Besteck sehr unaufgerĂ€umt und auch die Töpfe und das Geschirr sehr reichlich, aber ohne System.BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher super bestĂŒckt, besonders gut waren die vielen HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr den Außenbereich.Auch die gute Verbindung mit der Tram war sehr gut.Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Kontrolle durch den Vermieter.Wir wurden per WhatsApp darauf hingewiesen, dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht zu viel anmachen. Der Hinweis war total okay, aber das er die dann ausgeschaltet hat, bevor wir ĂŒberhaupt reagieren konnten, fanden wir sehr ĂŒbergriffig. Er kannte die Situation im Haus nicht, wusste nicht das einer aus unserer Familie mit MigrĂ€ne im Bett lag. Das GefĂŒhl ĂŒberwacht zu werden kam bei uns nicht so gut an. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at this charming holiday home in Spain. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel truly welcome—they are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and clearly have a deep love for their beautiful home.The property itself is stunning, with plenty of character and thoughtful details throughout. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the tram and close to the lovely town of El Campello. It made exploring the area both easy and enjoyable.Inside the house, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool during those warm Spanish afternoons. While the kitchen could use some newer utensils, everything else was well-equipped and functional.All in all, this place was a gem. We truly loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated getaway.

Nice house with all facilities

Nice house with bathrooms for almost all bedrooms. The host was nice and answers all questions. The pool and garden is nice. Very close to the tram station. The only things we missed were a supermarket and a restaurant in the area. It was easy to reach by the tram. But you have to adapt to the time table. I Can anyhow recommend the house and the host.

Excellent Villa with beautiful views and very good amenities. Great for adults and children. Everything provided. There are a few restaurants and bars 10 minutes walk away and El Campello is 10 minutes away on the tram. Will definitely return.

Don’t Be Fooled by the Beautiful Exterior—This Property Is Neglected and Misrepresented

There is nothing “luxury” about this home. When I booked, the listing said there were two king beds—but there was only one king and one full. The owner blamed translation, but it was clearly inaccurate. At check-in, we received one key for 12 guests and outdated coffee makers. The washer/dryer setup was unsafe—leaking water, full of lint, and lacking instructions. No fire alarms or extinguishers were present.We had no hot water for days and needed a plumber three times during our stay. Plumbing leaks were so expected, the owner asked us to empty a bucket every few days. The home was dirty—floors, linens, and furniture left everything grimy. Wi-Fi was weak and unusable in many parts of the house. Lower-level areas were filthy and unusable.Despite paying nearly 9,000 for a family reunion, the owners took no responsibility and blamed us for issues. A refund was denied, and Vrbo offered no help. I deeply regret booking this property and hope my review spares others the disappointment we experienced.P.S. I have photos and videos documenting all of it . Unfortunately VRBO doesn’t allow more space for all my facts

Advert is very accurate. The interior is a bit dated, but the pictures reflect that. Excellent location, with beautiful views. Ample accommodation, with 2 kitchens and loads of outdoor space. A stone's throw from the water, we had a great time. A beautiful place.

großes Haus mit viel Platz in wunderschöner Umgebung

wir waren als "Großfamilie" mit 5 eigenstĂ€ndigen Parteien in diesem Haus . Sehr viel Platz im Aussenbereich, sehr schöner Garten + Pool, direkt am Meer mit traumhafter Aussicht.Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber - sofort erreichbar bei Fragen. Einzige Anmerkung: die Betten. ein Doppelbett schmaler als 1,40 m ,1 großes Doppelbett , ansonsten einzelne Betten - das war fĂŒr uns etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, da wir 9 Erwachsene (5 Familien ohne Kinder) waren . Gesamt: ganz toller Urlaub :-)

Fantastisk sted

Vi var 11 stk pÄ tur og store og smÄ hadde et fantastisk opphold pÄ denne eiendommen. Helt nydelig beliggenhet med egen utgang fra hagen ned til havet. Anbefaler badesko. Vi badet i havet og bassenget hver dag, spennende Ä dykke i havet! UteomrÄdet er stort og velholdt, og gir rom for bÄde lek, bading, soling og skygge. Ungene likte spesielt godt bordtennisbordet ute, tv stua og bassendet. Vi voksne satte pris pÄ at huset hadde to velutstyrte kjÞkken og koselige spiseplasser ute. Trikken var lett tilgjengelig og lett Ä bruke, vi trengte ikke bil. Tok taxi til og fra flyplassen. Verten var veldig serviceinnstilt og imÞtekommmende. Eneste vi vil bemerke som "kunne vÊrt bedre", var soverommene i 3.etg som var litt for varme pÄ natta for oss nordmenn. Det er vifter pÄ alle soverom, det hjalp noe. Ellers var alt helt topp, vi Þnsker Ä komme tilbake hit!

Disappointed

When we first arrived we were disappointed as only one bedroom was ensuite on the second flloor. There was one shower and toilet on the ground floor with no bedroom. On the second floor two bedrooms shared one bathroom (four people).There was also a bathroom with jacuzzi but no toilet. On the first floor there was bathroom which was shared with twin bedroom and 4 beds in a sitting room. We called the property manager because the shower on the first floor had no hot water and also the 2 showers up stairs where not working properly. These were fixed by 2 cleanes and the help of my husband. The sheets on one bed were torn which were replaced by cleaners. Overall the property needs updating. A bad smell in kitchen sink on the 1st floor. Had to sweep leaves up everyday to keep the place tidy. It was not worth the money charged.

Beautiful villa fantastic outdoor space and location

9 of us stayed in this villas in August age range from 11-82. On arrival we were met by German who arranged our transfer from the airport. He gave us lots of information on arrival about the surrounding area and the villa itself. The outdoor space was amazing, so much bigger than the pictures show. There were lots of shady spots which was great as it was 30+degrees. There were also lots of sun loungers around the pool which were clean and a good size. The gate to the beach provided direct access to the beach. The beach is pebble so sea shoes are a must however we found an easier way to access the sea just around the right side of the villa. The beds were comfortable with shutters on all the windows however we left them open to allow the sound of the sea to lull us to sleep at night. The kitchens were well stocked with everything you could need. There was also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms 5 in total! Included 3 good showers one bath and one toilet room on the bottom floor which was handy so you didn’t need to go upstairs from the pool. There is also a shower outside near the pool. There was a lift in the property however we didn’t need it Towels were provided Which saved in packing The tram is a 5 minute walk away and you are just 2 stops from El Campello (less than 10 mins), we also had a trip to Benidorm (around 50 mins on the tram) All in all it was a beautiful villa and we had a fabulous stay.

Excellent Villa

We have stayed at many villas in various Countries however, this villa offers excellent transport links less than a minute away, sea views and easy access to the beach. We were a party of 9 and found it so spacious and a bathroom for each room. Had a fabulous family holiday and would definitely book again.

HÀrlig rustik villa med egen trappa ner till Medelhavet och Àven Pool för stora och smÄ!!!

Vi var 7 vuxna och 5 barn (1-10 Ă„r) som njöt av denna spanska stora villa med pool och flera uteplatser för bĂ„de frukost och grillkvĂ€llen. Extra lyxigt med en egen stentrappa som leder ner till Medelhavet. Stranden Ă€r med rullsten och inte sand men dĂ€r fanns krabbor och annat kul att roa bĂ„de barn och vuxna. HĂ€rliga bad blev det men badskor Ă€r en bra investering. Inomhus finns tvĂ„ kök att nyttja och gasspisar för stora paella-pannor! Köp gĂ€rna langostines att grilla i dessa med vitlök och olja och frossa sen i den ljumma El Campello-brisen!! Standarden annars pĂ„ köksutrustning, möbler och annat Ă€r ”rustik” och fullt gĂ„ngbar men inte nytt. Diskmaskiner, tvĂ€ttmaskin och torktumlare fungerade utmĂ€rkt! Ingen deposition och inga ovĂ€ntade avgifter (typ el) tillkommer! Fantastisk manager/ Ă€gare German som gör allt för att vistelsen ska bli sĂ„ perfekt som man önskar sig! Vad kan man mer begĂ€ra! Vi rekommenderar verkligen en semester för familj och vĂ€nner i denna villa direkt vid stranden. Familjen Adamsson Sweden
