TOTALMENTE DESCONTENTOS

Nos alojamos 11 personas durante dos noches en esta casa en El Campello y fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un alojamiento vacacional. La limpieza era prácticamente inexistente: suelos sucios, baños en mal estado, muebles deteriorados y un ambiente general de abandono. La casa no estaba preparada: faltaban toallas y sábanas, había cosas rotas (como la taza del váter) y el estado era caótico.Lo más grave: el anuncio indicaba seis habitaciones y solo había cuatro reales, lo que nos obligó a reorganizarnos sin ninguna solución. La persona que lo gestionaba, que ni siquiera era el dueño, respondió que si no nos gustaba, nos fuéramos y buscáramos un hotel. Increíble. No hubo ni recibimiento ni atención. Y encima, el día del checkout (confirmado hasta las 20:00h), nos escribió insinuando que debíamos irnos antes.Una total falta de profesionalidad y seriedad. Este sitio tiene potencial por su ubicación y vistas, pero está completamente descuidado y mal gestionado. Lo que prometen las fotos no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.
