Property is old and showing its age. The room floor was dirty with candy. The bathroom wasn’t swept and could see the floor needed sweeping at least. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever seen. They do not lay flat. They’re extremely bumpy we couldn’t use the pillows for sleep. I’m traveling more to El Centro for business but I will not be staying here again. I’ll drive further down the highway to a better place. Front staff was awesome. No complaints there.

The staff, especially check in, was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and the tv worked and provided good picture. The swimming pool, however, was open to use but was filthy. Our 8 year old granddaughter was deeply disappointed in not being able to use the pool because of its unclean condition. It would have been better customer service to have told us at check in that the pool was too dirty to use.

Not happy with the exterior look and the furniture is out dated, mattresses uncomfortable and can feel all the springs.
