Door locks were not secure, I left one day early due to an emergency and couldn’t get a refund. Spoke with the manager and received no assistance. Terrible customer service. I asked for a complete itemized receipt however it just shows the entire itinerary not as I departed one day earlier.

Clean room, great staff, good area. Near food and freeway. Very convenient. They only provide 2 small bars of soap (no shampoo or conditioner) and no iron or ironing board. Overall a good stay. A/C works great!

I've stayed at this location every year for the past 5 or so years. generally has been great. For the first time ever I got a room that smelt like animal urine/cat spray. Room was clean just smelt like animal. Avoid room 132.

The staff is great it's just the condition of the rooms, ie toilets not flushing properly, nasty odors in the rooms, A/C not working properly as for the grounds they are dirty with fecies garbage dried off running water from seems like the laundry room or mop bucket
