Francisca and staff were pleasant and very helpful. Properly is immaculate and nicely decorated. Bed and bedding were top notch. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Walkable to restaurants, bus station and main trail-heads.

Amazing property! Huge rooms with heated floors and very modern bathroom. Staff was amazing and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Only negative was spotty WiFi at times but this didn’t negatively effect our experience. Would stay here every time!!!

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It’s just the right size! Everyone who works here is wonderful and kind! The bed is comfortable the places immaculately clean! The breakfast was great! 100% wonderful I highly recommend!

Amazing stay at Kaulem Hotel!

Kaulem Hotel was the perfect base for my Patagonia adventure! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from stunning hikes like Cerro Torre. The cozy and spacious rooms, breathtaking views, and warm hospitality made my stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was the perfect fuel for my hikes. Highly recommend!

The staffs were friendly and professional. It is located central to many hiking trails and restaurants. My unit was over looking the Fitz Roy, and lots of natural light. It was super clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast were exceptional with great coffee. The street parking was readily available in front of hotel.

Kaulem was a super comfortable hotel. We had a deluxe room which was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. It was the perfect place to hang out for an entire rainy day and relax! The breakfasts are very good.
