You can tell this was property is not new the toilet moved when you sat on it. The carpet needed cleaning and the area around the pool needed to be resurfaced. The one good thing about the place was the staff. They were friendly and very professional. Ty hey made the stay worthwhile.

There was nothing plus about this best western. It smelled old and musty. The door to our balcony wouldn’t secure. The water in the tub wouldn’t go down. Speaking of the balcony. There was a stain that never went away, we thought it was water but it never dried up. Looks like it had never been cleaned. We went and checked out the pool, it was packed Friday night and worst of it there was a creepy security guard just checking out the girls.

Was impressed with the property. It's look, it's feel, and - at first - the staff. Stayed 3 nights and our AC went out the 1st night. Although having our thermostat set at 70... our room (from Saturday morning to Monday morning) maintained 77 to 80 degrees. The staff said the would "look into it" but at no time did we see anyone working on the AC units. We were offered a different room... but the temp was the same. Made for miserable sleeping conditions. I'm looking for an entire refund.

The next day the toilet didn't work and we made a request for them to fix it. We left at 2pm and arrived at night and they didn't fix anything. We went to the lobby to see if they could fix it and they said they couldn't do anything and didn't give us a solution. Otherwise, everything was fine with the hotel.
