The room is very old and outdated and terrible service. bed lights weren't working. tv was old. shower pole was glued out of the wall. shampoo and conditioner products were cheap and terrible. conditioner had very little conditioner left when i came in. BED SHEETS AND COVERS WERE OLD AND RIPPED OUT!!!!! bed had old stains!!! bar soap was cheap. towels were old. ROOM SERVICE NEVER CAME TO OUR ROOM TO CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR DOOR!!!! shower walls have bad design. very little toilet paper. never staying here again. NOT WORTH WHAT I PAYED FOR!!! also fire alarm went off outside the hallway no idea why. didn't felt comfortable staying here. wouldn't recommend staying here. service was very cheap quality.

For starters, I didn’t get to check in because of 3rd. party booking, I DIDN’T GET A ROOM FOR THE EVENING!!! Very disappointing, I’ve never encountered this before. To top it off, I was still charged for the evening, no bueno. I will try booking hotels with another one of your competitors. My partner was not a happy camper, she let me know about the booking all night.

Jason at the front desk was great. I checked in the microwave was not working he came to check. He brought another one because it wasn’t working then one he brought wasn’t working either. So he got us a new room an that shows great customer service.
