What we liked was the front desk area smelled clean when we walked in, so refreshing, staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was good, room was comfortable and clean. Only complaints; the tv remote, you had to wait for the menu to scroll on its own, we couldn’t fast forward it or go back if we missed what channel a show was on, some suites provide plates, utensils, more than 2 coffee pods and more pillows.

Dirty rooms and very very outdated and old rooms. I thought holiday in had a standard to be at but apparently this is not true with this hotel. I think a motel 6 would have been better very disappointed
