Felt place was renovated but not really upgraded for the price. Stayed here before renovation nothing different except new sheet covers. Dining was nice but was in convenient when I added breakfast to check in and was not told till what time and ended paying a hundred dollars more. They also charged more for incidentals deposit and didn't return till end of the following week when I paid hotel upfront psid for will not stay here again loved plaza better.

My only complaint is there is a rooftop bar and on Saturday night it was crowded and the loud music played until 3am. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. Arrived a few minutes early and room was not ready at 3pm (they did eventually get me into another room). Overall it was an excellent experience.
