Horrible experience. Started off by trying to check in, had to go to the office 4 different times because the key wouldn’t open my door. The room was “updated ” but you can definitely tell this hotel needs to be fully remodeled. Sure it’s decent for the price but the worse part, there was a “party or gathering” and they just wouldn’t keep the noise down. Even then being a building away you could still hear them, talking load to even yelling out load and even running through out the hotel. I personally will not be retuning to this hotel or the brand in general.

When we arrived at La Quinta on Lomaland, we were told we had a room on the second floor. I had called twice to make sure we had a room on the first floor, but when we arrived, we did not have a room on the first floor. The gentleman working the front desk was very helpful. He told us we could move to La Quinta by Cielo Vista where we could be on the first floor. When we arrived at La Quinta Cielo Vista, we were given a room on the first floor however, the shower did not work. It was broken where the faucet met the wall. The television did not work. They did not have extra washrags to provide for us. The gentleman again was very helpful and he moved us to another room which had a television that worked, and a shower that semi worked. Both gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, but the facilities are very dirty and very worn out.

Glad I only booked one night

Breakfast was the worst ever offered at a hotel. The hotel was very spartan feeling. The bed was comfortable, but Motel 6 would have been better. I don't stay at Motel 6, but I doubt it would be worse. Also, about 5:30 am the Coke bottling plant next door "woke up" and there was something that sounded like hydraulic stapling going on. I was in the very back room, so it woke me up.

The female night worker is always so considerate of me. She is aware that my left ankle is beyond swollen so she accommodates me however she can. She goes above and beyond. She is new as well. She definitely gives amazing customer service and represents your brand in a positive way.

Broken stairs going to our room. Bird crap all over. The pool was disgusting and green like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Our bathroom tub was stained brown and black. Never again. Health inspection is 100% needed

Very decent

Very clean and decent place. Always my to go on emergencies. Only thing there is always something with the toilet flushing. You have to flush a couple of time. Other then that. Very recommended.

This hotel had toilet plumbing issues. Moved me to another room and this one had bathtub draining issues. The room door did not have a working deadbolt (not safe). Room was dirty and they did not do housekeeping. Got the room on Thursday and they serviced the room on Sunday after we had to requested for the trash to be taken out and the towels to be changed.
