Looks can be deceiving
I arrived late in the evening after a ten hour drive. I was told that I’d have to use the stairs because the elevator wasn’t working, no problem. I went straight to sleep and when I woke up, I noticed there wasn’t any toilet paper, soap and no towels at all. When I was walking down the stairs to check out, I noticed cigarette smoke and butts on the floor that wasn’t there when I first arrived. I told the guy working about the room issues and he said it’s okay because they’re doing renovations. That should have been addressed when I arrived. Like I said, I was very tired when I checked in and didn’t notice it.
