Upon arrival all the channels of the TV were freezing. Reported to front desk said to give it 30 minutes woke up this morning and still having issues took a shower and the hot water has fluctuations to a point the the water was very cold. 😠

Room had 3 days of trash when I left. The room key had to be reprogrammed every day. Furthermore, the bed had an obvious dent where everyone slept. It took about a week to get my back to stop hurting. I am not sure why, but the room was only serviced when I asked. I was asked about the do not disturb sign which was in the room on the shelving. It was not the reason the room was not serviced.
