Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Those are the important things. Place needs some serious remodeling. The air conditioner/heater runs constantly. Not even sure it can be changed. I don't even know how this is possible but the Television channels aren't in order. And the guide when you do find it on the tv doesn't match up to any of the numbers. Breakfast was decent though. Eggs and sausage, cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and a waffle maker. The waffles are shaped like Texas so I thought that was kinda cool.

Called the room to ask me what my name was when we were a sleep then shortly afterwards homeless people came knocking asking for money and cigarettes and I just left afterwards with my family.

I just needed a quick room so it served its purpose but my god, holes in the walls, roaches, mold damage. I could go on but honestly not worth giving anyone who would wonder how bad it could be a reason to even try. Only saving grace was the people working the front are quick.

This place is terrible. I accidentally ordered a smoking room. They charged 15 dollars per day for me to change it to a non smoker. Had to pay an extra $60 for no good reason. Old furniture. They won’t even clean or make your bed.

Stayed two consecutive nights, Monday & Tuesday. Actually stayed in the same room each night, which was crazy, since I booked each night separately. Door wouldn't close properly, so had to engage the deadbolt and door lock to get the door to stay shut! Was disappointed the second night when this was still a problem, since I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out after my first stay. Still, the room was fine and the price was good, considering both night's stays were last minute decisions.

Room did not just feel neglected, it was evident that the room was neglected. I even have a video of the roach and dirtiness of the bed and the linen on it. Tried talking to the hard to understand manager only to be mistreated and turned away. We were optomistic about the situation and when we booked another stay in the following days, the middle eastern hard to understand manager retaliated with a 100 dollar deposit which had ever been the case before this roach and neglected rooms became an issue. Not only is that not cool, its definitely not cool. This property and the managment team deserve a -5

The area was not very clean and we found multiple cockroaches around the room both dead and alive. There was a lot of yelling outside our door and not the most comforting sounds. The staff were amazing though and really nice!
