Ferienhaus "casa Elina" with private pool and sea view
The holiday home is located in the Residencial L'Almunia, on the mountainside between the small village of Rafol d'Almunia and the Residencial Monte Pego.
The house is divided into 2 residential units. There is cold/warm air conditioning in the living room on the upper floor.
The spacious outdoor area with its many terraces and private pool (8x4m) invites you to relax and sunbathe. There is central heating for the winter months.
In 10 minutes by car you will find the typical Spanish village of Pego and its shopping facilities (Mercadona, Aldi, Masymas).
It is only a few kilometers (13km) to the sea. The district capital Denia can also be reached in about 25 minutes.
Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It lies between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which turns into a rocky and stone coast at the Las Rotas district. The Montgo nature reserve is suitable for hikers, named after Denia's local mountain of the same name with a height of 753 m, a typical layered mountain that rises lonely into the sky and ends in the Cabo de San Antonio (lighthouse).
A diverse region with old towns and impressive mountain panoramas.
The area is best known for its coast, the Costa Blanca (White Coast), an El Dorado for everyone who likes sun, beach and sea.
The rocky coast from Denia to Altea is still very original.
If you enjoy hiking, bird watching, cycling and exploring beautiful landscapes, you should visit the Natural Park of Marjal de Pego-Oliva. The Font Saladas is also located here, a spring that has a water temperature of between 21 and 25 degrees even in winter. The water from this spring is so popular because its salt and mineral content makes it incredibly beneficial for the skin. A relaxing bath, care for the skin and all in the middle of nature. If that isn't a fantastic experience.
